FIRE SPRINKLER SERVICE, REPAIR & INSPECTIONS
Fire sprinkler service, repair & inspections
First Line Fire Protection is a local fire sprinkler company serving Molalla and the nearby cities. We focus on fire sprinkler service, repair, inspections, and small sprinkler jobs on water-based systems in light hazard and small commercial buildings.
If you’re dealing with a fire sprinkler leak, a leaking sprinkler head, a frozen pipe that broke, a broken pipe after a cold snap, a tripped dry valve, low air or high air alarms, or you’re just due for an NFPA 25 inspection, we can help.
You can dive deeper on our fire sprinkler service and repair page or read more about NFPA 25 inspections and testing, but if you just need help now, start with a call or a quick request.
Same-business-day callback during normal hours. Not a 24/7 dispatch line, but we don’t leave you hanging.

17+ years in the field
Focused on service, repair, inspections & small jobs.
What We Do
We keep water-based fire sprinkler systems in good shape. Most of our work is small and light hazard buildings — not huge warehouses or high-rises.

Fixing leaks, frozen and broken pipes, leaking sprinkler heads, tripped dry valves, low air or high air problems, and other issues on water-based fire sprinkler systems.
Inspections

Regular NFPA 25 fire sprinkler inspections and testing, with plain-language reports and repair options that match what we actually find in your system.
Projects
Tenant improvements & small jobs
Moving or adding sprinkler heads, small piping changes, and light hazard tenant improvements when you remodel, move walls, or change how a space is used.
Common sprinkler problems we fix
Most calls we get sound something like “there’s water on the floor and I don’t know where it’s coming from” or “the alarm panel keeps beeping.” Here are some of the everyday fire sprinkler problems we deal with:
Fire sprinkler leaks with water on the floor
Leaking sprinkler heads and leaking pipes at fittings and joints
Frozen fire sprinkler pipes and broken pipes after a cold night
Heads damaged by forklifts, ladders, or storage
Tripped dry valves that won’t reset
Low air or high air trouble on dry systems
Air compressors running nonstop or won’t start
Corroded or painted sprinkler heads that need to be replaced
Riser room, valve, or backflow leaks
Noisy or nuisance alarms with no obvious fire
Not sure what you’re looking at?
If your problem sounds anything like this list, we’ve seen it before. A couple of photos and a quick call usually give us enough to talk through a plan and decide whether it’s a simple fix, a bigger repair, or a good candidate for time and materials.
You don’t need the right words. Just describe what you see: dripping, puddles, a head that’s crooked, a cold area that froze, an alarm that won’t stop. We’ll walk through it with you and decide if a service and repair visit is the right next step.
The First Line Promise
People get frustrated with fire protection companies that don’t call back, don’t show up, and send confusing invoices.
First Line Fire Protection is built to be the opposite of that.
We call you back the same business day during normal hours.
We’re honest when something is unknown and needs diagnosis first.
We tell you if it’s fixed price or time and materials before we start.
We don’t roll into extra work without talking to you.
We write everything in plain language, not code words.
Who we serve
We mostly work with building owners, property managers, and small business owners in light hazard and small commercial buildings — offices, retail spaces, churches, and similar occupancies that need reliable fire sprinkler service and inspections.

Questions we get a lot
What should I do if I see a fire sprinkler leak?
First, stay safe and move people and valuables away from the water. If it’s safe, take a quick photo or short video of where the leak is showing up. Then call us or send a request through the Contact page. We’ll talk through whether it looks like a leaking sprinkler head, a frozen or broken pipe, or something else and decide the best next step.
Can you give a price over the phone?
Sometimes we can give a rough price over the phone if the problem is simple and visible. When the issue is hidden above a ceiling or we don’t know how far a frozen pipe ran, we’ll be honest that it needs diagnosis first and treat it as time and materials. Either way, we explain how pricing works before we start.
Do you handle emergency fire sprinkler calls?
We’re not a giant 24/7 dispatch center, but we do our best to respond quickly. We offer same-business-day callbacks during normal hours and will always be clear about how soon we can realistically get there.
What areas do you serve?
We focus on Molalla and nearby cities within about 35 miles. You can see a detailed list on the Service Area page.
